Ageing

This natural sweet wine is made in new Allier oak barrels, where fermentation is made up to 12% and the wine is kept for several months.

Tasting

Gold yellow with hints of green. Clean and intense, fine and complex. Reminiscent of fresh Muscat grape, with hints of flowers and subtle touches of toast (roses, honey). The first impression is of silk, crisp but intense. It opens up on the palate to give creamy taste. Then develops in a clean, full body with hints of fruit and flowers with well-balanced wood, giving a toast taste. Good balance sugar/acidity. Long and powerful end.
