Ageing

Aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels, with further ageing in bottle. This brings out the full fruit characteristics of the Tempranillo grape, with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon to complete its structure.

Tasting

Clear, with a brilliant medium-red cherry colour, with paler rim. A well-balanced blend of soft fruits, oak and spice. Well balanced, spicy fruit. On the aftertaste, soft with hints of toast and “confit” reminiscences.
