12 months in French (Haute Fûtaie), Russian (Caucasus) and American (Missouri) oak barrels, made by the prestigious barrel producers Murua and Seguin Moreau.
Vineyards
80% Tinto fino, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot.
Tasting
An intense dark cherry colour with purple rim, reminding the maceration process, retaining the primary aromas. A complex nose revealing spicy and toasted aromas. Velvety, round, pleasant and very elegant on the palate and good balance between the different woods. For drinking now or can be laid down and enjoyed in a few years time. |
