Ageing

Malolactic fermentation in new casks of American oak. Ageing for 12 months in casks of French oak. New ageing period in new casks 50% French, 50 % mix of Rumanian + Hungarian up to 20 months. Not filtered neither stabilized before its bottling.

Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) & Cabernet Sauvignon.

Tasting

Cherry red colour with purple shades and a glint of ruby, of an intensive robe. Complex aromas of dark wild berries, spices, chocolate. Very balsamic and elegant. Noble and pithy Tannins, with great ageing potential. Very prominent aftertaste of surprising persistence.
