Grape selection. Pressing and stripping. Controlled temperature fermentation, malolactic fermentation, clarification and cold stabilization for 10 days (-5ºC).

Raspberry red with slight salmon hues, clean and bright. Intense, enhancing floral tones of a great richness which harmonize with an elegant wild fruit background. Tasty, well balanced, fresh, with a mild end highlighting fruity tones.
