Ageing

Ageing was done in American white oak casks (medium “toast” from Ohio) during 18 months.

Tempranillo and Garnacha.

Tasting

Of an intense ruby colour, with yellow highlights. The nose shows vanilla over a wood backbone. It is smooth on the palate. Good balance between tannins, alcohol content and acidity. Persistent and powerful aftertaste.
