Ageing

While the wine is being aged for around one year in American oak casks it is decanted twice. It is then bottled and kept for several additional months in the winery before it is finally commercialised.

ntense and deep violet reddish colour. Toasted aroma with wild blackberries. Soft, balanced acidity and tannins. Long finish and remembrances of ageing.
