What does shipping include?
The rates shown on this page include, apart from the shipping of the ordered products, their packaging in boxes that have been especially designed for bottle transport, insurance against loss and breakage, and the VAT in those territories where this tax applies.

When will I get my order?
In Peninsular Spain, orders may have a delay of 4-5 working days. Orders to other European countries may have a delay of 67 working days, while those to the Balearic Islands may not be delivered before 6 working days depending on the day of the week that the order was placed and the island of destination. Finally, orders to the Canary Islands will be delivered in the following 8-12 working days after the placement of the order.
Time starts to count at 9.00 am of the next working day following the date on which the order was placed (or at the moment Ardoa online receives confirmation of your wire transfer if you chose this payment method).
What if a bottles breaks on its way to my home?
In case a bottle breaks during transport, Ardoa online will make all necessary arrangements to recover all products of your order, and to reship them again.
If you detect any sign of wetness on the packaging or suspect that any of the bottles may have broken, do not accept delivery and contact us so as we can manage the incident.
What if I am not at home when the carrier arrives?
In that case, the carrier will leave a note with a phone number so that you can call them to arrange another delivery date and time.
If a second attempt is failed, you should go to the carrier's nearest location and pick up the package yourself (all capitals of province have one).
Do I have to pay anything to the carrier?
Transport is included in the order's total amount. If you paid by credit card or bank transfer, you don't have to pay anything to the carrier. . |
