Ageing

The grapes can be selected and cultivated depending on the type of wine sought. For cask-ageing use mainly American oak with some French oak too, in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere for ageing wine.

Tasting

Cherry red colour with a ruby rim, brilliant and crystal clear, with lots of depth. Complex nose with ripe red fruit aromas and hints of toasted oak and spices. Smooth, meaty and with good backbone and a prolonged, aromatic finish.
